What To Expect
Length of Treatment
First visit appointments are 75 to 90 minutes long.
Follow up appointments are 50 to 60 minutes.
Pre Treatment
Please make sure you have eaten a light meal or small snack prior to treatment. It is not advisable to receive treatment on an empty stomach as it can lead to lightheadedness and other negative side effects.
Post Treatment
It is helpful to stay well hydrated and to let the body rest. Try to avoid exercise, massage, alcohol.

What To Wear.
Treatments will typically necessitate access to parts of the body above the knees and elbows. It may be easier for patients to try and wear loose and comfortable clothing prior to their visit or to bring a pair of shorts to change into. Gowns and sheets will also be provided.
